Jennifer Lopez’s skin looks supple and glowing even without makeup on. And it’s hard to imagine that she’s turning 50 this year.
Over the weekend, a video of the “On The Floor” singer circulated on Instagram. In the snap, Lopez is lounging outdoors while cuddling with her twins, Max and Emme.
Lopez seems to be having a great time while hugging Max. Emme is lying on her mom’s lap while eating fresh fruits. But other than the love that they have for each other, another thing stands out from the picture.
The singer’s skin looks extremely fresh even without makeup on. Lopez usually keeps her face makeup free when she’s at home. She also follows a strict skincare regimen to make sure that her skin will always be on point.
On her Instagram account, the actress regularly uploads photos of her no-makeup looks to inspire fans to take care of their skin. Just recently, she posed outdoors under the direct heat of the sunlight, and her skin once again looks radiant.
During an interview with US Weekly in 2015, even Lopez admitted to looking much better when she got older compared to when she was younger. She said that whenever she would look at her photos when she was in her twenties, she couldn’t help but think that she looks better now.
Other than her skincare routine, Lopez is also very particular when it comes to the food that she eats. She also goes to the gym regularly, and she enjoys spending time there with her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez.
Lopez previously said that one of her motivations for keeping her body in shape is her children. She wants to be able to keep up with them since they are still very young and quite energetic.
“I try to teach them the right things to eat: a lot of greens, fruits, and grains,” she said. “They’re starting to learn that’s a way of life,” she added.
And when her kids ask her what she does at the gym, Lopez has a hilarious answer. “I exercise so I can maintain a good weight and run around with you,” she would say.
