A new sneak peek clip from the upcoming episode of "The Legend of Korra" has been revealed via Nick. **SPOILERS AHEAD! If you've been keeping up with the show then you know last week ended with both Asami and Korra being captured by the Earth Queen's soldiers. The fate of our heroes was very uncertain as both ladies were tied up (meaning no super cool Avatar powers) and Mako and Bolin not knowing where they are.
Well the clip picks up right where we left off in "The Stakeout" with Korra and Asami on an Earth Kingdom airship headed back to Ba Sing Se. Korra is seen wrapped in a straight jacket and chains, while Asami is cuffed in chains to a metal bar attached to the wall. We get to see some of Asami's cunning, wit and brilliance plus strength and acrobatics as she attempts to save Korra and herself. Check out the clip below:
Awesome, right? Asami definitely needs more air time and credit! This clip just proves she's no side hero and doesn't need bending to be great. With episode 10 just a few days away we are creeping closer to the end of season three as it is only 13 episodes long. While we have three episodes left it will actually only be streamed as two. Bryan Konietzko and Michael DiMartino revealed at Comic-Con '14 that after episode 11, "The Ultimatum," episodes 12 and 13 titled "Enter the Void" and "Venom of the Red Lotus" will stream together. Hard to believe the season is almost up.
"The Legend of Korra" season three episode 10, "Long Live the Queen," will stream on Nick's website Friday, Aug. 8 at 12 p.m. ET. Keep in mind there are other options to watch the episode such as Hulu, Xbox Video, Amazon Prime and through the Google Play store under videos.
