Fortune, Essence, and People en Español, revealed the top "10 Best Workplaces for Hispanics and Latinos." The list ranked the best companies that achieved "the highest scores among Hispanic and Latino employees, who were asked about fairness of promotions, opportunities for advancement and professional development, access to senior leadership, the feeling of honest connection with colleagues, and how comfortable they feel being themselves at work," the website reported.
