The saga of 'Love And Hip Hop Atlanta' former couple Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez is never ending. The couple has recently been at odds with each other since breaking up and now things have taken a turn for the worse.
According to TMZ, the music producer is suing his ex for her constant accusations of him molesting his daughter and claiming that he is a devil-worshipping homosexual man.
Recently, Hernandez has been very vocal about Stevie’s extracurricular activities. Back in June, the reality star dropped plenty accusations about the music producer via Twitter about his relationship with his daughter.
Although none of her accusations have been supported, Stevie is looking to put a stop to all of the slander.
The site reports that Hernandez has gone as far as calling the Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services accusing him of sexual abuse. Mimi Faust, reality star who shares the daughter in question with the music executive has openly denied the claims.
In July, the music producer filed a restraining order against Hernandez. The order stated that Hernandez had to stay at least 200 yards away from him.
According to Starcasm, a woman named Lena James has come forward with similar accusations. Lena took to Instagram and posted a photo of herself with Stevie J and Mimi Faust’s daughter Eva with a disturbing caption. In the lengthy caption, James says that Mimi knew about Stevie’s activities the whole time.
The documents show that Joseline accused him of being gay and a devil-worshipper. Stevie is citing that she has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule.
Stevie is looking to sue Joseline for damages and also wants the judge to give her a gag order.
There is no word of Hernandez responding to Stevie’s suit.
