Some people should really read a parent's manual.
Tyler Deutsch, a 25-year-old man from Washington, might face attempted murder charges after allegedly putting his 6-week-old baby in the freezer because he wanted to make her stop crying.
He was arrested after his girlfriend got home and allegedly saw him remove their daughter from the freezer and called the police.
The child was believed to be in the cold for about an hour and was rushed to the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital where doctors discovered she had a body temperature of just 84 degrees.
Doctors believe the baby is fine and won't suffer long-term effects.
"It could have absolutely turned out a lot different," a police spokesman said. "The baby could have just been on the way to being frozen. An hour inside of a freezer usually would kill somebody."
