A man suffered a cardiac and died while he was watching a cricket match in Sivasagar district, Assam, India on Sunday, Oct. 23.

The man, identified as 34-year-old Bitu Gogoi, along with a few of his friends went to a local cinema hall in Sivasagar district, Assam on Sunday, Oct. 23 evening to watch a T20 cricket match between India and Pakistan. The game was being broadcast live at the cinema hall.

While Gogoi was watching the cricket match, Gogoi suddenly went unconscious and fell down. Following this, his friends immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital for treatment. However, by the time he was rushed to the hospital, the doctors declared him brought dead, the Siasat Daily reported.

According to the doctors who checked on Gogoi, Gogoi fell unconscious because he suffered a cardiac arrest due to the extreme level of noise pollution that was created in the cinema hall during the cricket match.

Following the incident, a team of Sivsagar police started an investigation into the incident and the body has been sent for an autopsy.

Gogoi's family members revealed that Gogoi was quite healthy and did not suffer from any health issues.

In a similar but unrelated incident, a 28-year-old man reportedly died of a cardiac arrest while he was having sexual intercourse with his girlfriend in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India on Sunday, July. 3, as previously reported.

The deceased, identified as Ajay Parteki, 28, and his 23-year-old girlfriend met each other at a hotel located in Saoner, Nagpur on Sunday, July. 3. They arrived at the lodge at around 4 in the evening and about half an hour later, while the couple was reportedly engaging in sexual intercourse, Parteki suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest and fell unconscious.

Parteki was subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. However, physicians at the health facility declared Parteki dead upon arrival. Parteki's autopsy report pointed to a possible heart attack as the reason for his death.

According to cardiologist Doctor Anand Sancheti, untreated coronary artery disease can prove to be fatal during strenuous activities like sex. During such physical activities, a greater amount of blood and oxygen is required by the heart and when the requirement is not met, it can lead to dire consequences such as death.
