Miley Cyrus will be celebrating her 21st birthday on November 23 and is planning an S&M themed party that will shock everyone. "Miley wants the party to be off the hook, she’s hiring all sorts. She’s enlisted party planners and asked them create a sex dungeon with cages and whips," The Sun reported (via Daily Mail). 'Penis-shaped party lights and male and female dancers are also on the bill." The bash will fall the same weekend of the 2013 American Music Awards and major celebrities are expected to show up and twerk their butts off with the "Wrecking Ball" singer. One of those celebs might be Miley's former fiancé Liam Hemsworth who has been invited to the celebration. “Miley and Liam talking has led her to invite him to her birthday festivities since when they were together they talked about her 21st birthday for quite awhile, so she is hoping and expecting him to show up,” the source revealed to Hollywood Life. Eiza Gonzalez is not expected to make an appearance at the birthday party as Liam Hemsworth denied rumors that they were dating. Besides, it would be slightly weird if his new girlfriend and former fiancé were at the same party. A reconciliation between the twerking queen and the Australian actor doesn't seem to be out of the question as he recently gushed over her success in the last weeks. "I’m extremely happy for all of her success," he gushed. Cyrus has been extremely controversial in the last couple of months causing a scene everywhere she goes. A short time before their breakup, she took the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards by storm, "twerking" in a very provocative manner with a skimpy outfit that shocked the world. Just this past weekend the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker stunned viewers once again when she hit the stage to accept the "Best Video" award at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards. Miley and Liam called off their engagement in September after Miley unfollowed Liam on Twitter, which was seen as "the last straw that broke the camel's back" as Cyrus is the ultimate Twitter user. After four years of the tumultuous relationship, reps for both stars confirmed to People magazine that they had in fact parted ways. The couple, who first met on the set of the movie "The Last Song" got engaged in May 2012 and earlier this year postponed the date of their wedding after an alleged breakup. Cyrus was then seen without her ring and it was speculated that the couple was no more. Soon after they were seen back together and Miley even walked the red carpet of her beau's "Paranoia" movie premiere this past August. Shortly after the announcement Hemsworth was spotted with Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez at VIP club Bungalow in Las Vegas on Saturday (September 14). It was reported that Liam and Eiza did not spend too many moments apart and enjoyed each other's company during the night as they keep flirting with each other. Insiders said the couple left together around 2am. The following week Gonzalez and Hemsworth were seen kissing outside of Eiza's apartment complex and that was the last time they were seen together.
