Ezekiel Elliott is the leading rusher in the NFL this season and his popularity is proving its worth among the fans.

The Dallas Cowboys rookie running back now has the highest selling NFL jersey in the entire NFL from April 1 to Oct. 31 according to numerous reports. It’s not uncommon for a rookie to have the highest selling jersey simply because most fans don’t have their jersey compared to veteran players. Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, who is also a rookie, finished second in that time span.

Elliott wasn’t the only member of the Cowboys to make the list. Dak Prescott, who has done a phenomenal job filling in for injured quarterback Tony Romo, finished with the fifth most jersey sales. Tom Brady is the only player over the age of 30 to make the top five, and all five players listed play in either in the AFC East or NFC East.

The top five highest selling jerseys in the NFL this season:

1. Ezekiel Elliott

2. Carson Wentz

3. Tom Brady

4. Odell Beckham Jr.

5. Dak Prescott

Elliott was drafted by the Cowboys No. 4 overall, and he is the leading rusher in the league with 891 rushing yards. Elliot is the benefactor of running behind the best offensive line in the NFL, and he’s taking full advantage of it by averaging five yards per carry.
