The mother of a missing Ohio teen whose decomposed body was found under a pile of clothes has been charged with murder.

The body of Dominic Allen who was reported missing in September last year was found inside the bedroom of his Westwood home two months later.

The teen’s mother, 39-year-old Kenya Stallworth, was indicted Tuesday, April 13, for the murder of her son.

According to the police, the woman and her husband, 35-year-old Robert Robb, covered the body under a pile of clothes and also tried to seal off the bedroom to contain the smell of the decomposing body.

Robb is not Allen’s biological father.

Allen died in that bedroom, on Sept. 26, 2020, court documents said. The body was found 72 days after his death.

A DNA testing was conducted to identify Allen’s remains, a spokesperson for the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office told Fox News Wednesday. The confirmation came 7 months after the body was found.

The couple was arrested on charges of abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

The motive behind the slaying is unclear at this time.

Dominic’s father, Marcus Allen, who spoke to FOX19 NOW, said an officer at the crime scene had told him some signs indicated that Allen was tortured.

"The first thing that came to my mind was, What was going through your head when you all did whatever you all did? What happened for all of this to take place like this to the point where you all not only hide him under a pile of dirty clothes, you all sealed him in his bedroom?" Marcus said.

"You all will get what you all got coming to you," the father said.

"You all didn’t just take away my child. You took away the gift that God gave me. You took away my daughter’s best friend. You took away the nephew of all of my sisters and brothers. You all took him away from all of the people who loved him... and for what?"

"He loved helping everybody. He was a wonderful child. He was a happy child. (...) I am proud to be his father." Marcus said.

Stallworth was being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $100,000 bond since her arrest.

The woman’s defense attorney had filed a motion in March, requesting for a reduced bond claiming that it was too large for the current charges. The hearing on that bond motion was scheduled for Thursday. Stallworth’s has a plea hearing on April 28.
