‘One Piece’ Chapter 963 Could Feature Birth Of Nine Red Scabbards, Rise Of Whitebread, Kaido And Big Mom

Fans can hardly wait for the “One Piece” Chapter 963 release date to arrive. After Oden attracted a few loyal followers and established himself in Kuri, it appears that Eiichiro Oda is hinting on the introduction of new powerful characters that will complete the nine Red Scabbards as well as the rise of the three powerful Yonkos in the next installment of the hit manga series.
