It seems all is good in the world again and Quentin Tarantino will go ahead and move forward with production of his screenplay "The Hateful Eight." Tarantino put the project on hiatus following the screenplays leak early this year, which lead to a now-dropped legal case against Gawker. To put the power back in his hands Tarantino even held a reading of "The Hateful Eight" with help from actors Samuel L Jackson, Bruce Dern, Michael Madsen, Kurt Russell and Amber Tamblyn.
Well now it looks as if the film is actually set to happen as one of the actors that helped during the reading let spill that he is indeed still working on "The Hateful Eight" project. According to multiple sites Kurt Russell recently let slip that not only is the project still on but said it will likely starting shooting early 2015.
"I've a Tarantino project called The Hateful Eight that looks like it may go somewhere around the beginning of the year", he revealed to MyFoxPhilly
If you are unaware of what "The Hateful Eight" First Showing gives a pretty good description of the Tarantino film writing:
"The film was revealed to follow the steadily ratcheting tension that develops after a blizzard diverts a stagecoach from its route, and traps a pitiless and mistrustful group in a saloon in the middle of nowhere. The stranded group included a competing pair of bounty hunters (Jackson and Russell), a renegade Confederate soldier (Walton Goggins), and a female prisoner (Amber Tamblyn)."
If the cast from the live read is any indication then the remaining actors include Michael Madsen, Bruce Dern, James parks, Tim Roth, Denis Minochet, Zoe Bell, Dana Gourrier and James Remar.
