Chicken wings with chipotle chili glaze

If you're a rotisserie chicken fan, then you'll love this chipotle chicken recipe by Chef James Tahhan. It's pretty much the same thing, but with a major kick of spice. The recipe calls for chipotle chile, honey and coriander, amongst other ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 liter of canola oil for frying
2 lb chicken wings
2 cans of chipotle chile
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup honey
coriander
Cebollin

Directions:

Liquefy the chipotle chile with adobo and passed through a sieve. Then in a pot to put honey sauce, and chipotle chile, we reduce 10 minutes and ended with a tablespoon of cornstarch.

Preheat oil to 375 degrees, season our wings with salt and pepper and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from oil and let drain slightly, then took them to a bowl, and add a tablespoon of honey and reducing chipotle wings cover it well and serve with chopped scallions and cilantro.
