One of the most notable Latin actresses, Salma Hayek, talked openly about her family and her first aspirations in life on a beautiful cover for Hola! Magazine where she appears on a stunning blue dress along her mother, Diana Jimenez, who also confessed some secrets her daughter has never revealed on camera.

On the Mother’s Day issue cover, both beautiful Mexican woman share their love for each other and also explained the importance of the family even when you’re as busy and solicited as Latina’s actress of the moment: Salma.

We absolutely loved the cover but of course we focused on Salma’s confessions and her mother’s lovely praises to Salmita, as she called her daughter.

“I always knew Salmita would be something big in her life because of her personality, her way of always working for what she wants, but she surprises me. She continues to surprise me more and more. There was one thing that I wanted: that was for Salma to be free to grow up and do whatever she wanted,” she confessed on the interview.

Salma also gave her mother a compliment back saying how important was her learning as a kid and how it has helped her present motherhood role.

“Feeling responsible helps you develop as a human being…You learn a lot about yourself when you do something for someone else,” the actress stated.

She also talked about her begginings on the film industry and confessed her deepest fears.

“I suffer from stage freight. No one would know it, but I get it really, really bad. If you take the camera away and put me in front of an audience, I just die. Once I get onto stage, you can’t tell. But then I can’t do anything else the rest of the day because I’m so exhausted,” she confessed.

On the interview, she also opened up about how one famous kids movie made her fall in love with film.

“I went to see 'Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory' and it wasn’t that I said, ‘I want to be an actress,’ but rather, ‘There is a world where anything is possible. There can be a chocolate river. There are no limitations.’ And that’s how I fell in love with film,” she confessed.

You can watch Salma's new movie, Beatriz At Dinner, on theaters this June 9, 2017.
