A mother-of-one who claims to be UK’s first "Satanic Barbie" reportedly attacked two NHS (National Health Service) nurses during a hospital rampage over visiting hours in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

The self-styled "real-life Barbie", 37-year-old Kerry Miles has been spared jail for hurling a laptop and desktop monitor at one NHS worker before throwing punches at another on an old people's ward at the Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex, on Aug. 26 last year.

Miles was visiting her grandmother who was a patient at the hospital when the staff requested her to schedule another visiting time due to Covid restrictions.

In a fit of rage, Miles grabbed a laptop and lobbed it at one nurse, injuring her shoulder.

She then punched another nurse in the chest before speeding her car carelessly towards a security guard who tried to take a picture of her number plate before she fled from the hospital.

According to Prosecutor Jacqueline Dankyi, one of the victims was so devastated by the attack that she had considered quitting her job at the hospital.

Last month, Miles was found guilty of three counts of assaulting an emergency worker, as well as criminal damage and careless driving.

On Monday, Oct.25, Miles was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for one year.

She was also handed a one-year restraining order banning her from contacting her victims and returning to the ward at Broomfield Hospital.

Miles was also ordered to pay £1,370 ($1889 approx.), which included £620 ($855 approx.) in court costs, £250 ($345 approx.) in criminal damage compensation for Broomfield Hospital, and £500 ($689 approx.) in victim surcharge.

"This was an assault where weapons were used around vulnerable people," Bench chair Margaret Macallan said.

"It was in the middle of a global pandemic when visiting hours were restricted nationally."

Miles has previously hit headlines for spending £300,000 ($4136019 approx.) on plastic surgery to transform herself into a "satanic Barbie" and saving £20,000 ($27573 approx.) for her young daughter to have breast implants.

"I was worried about what others might think, but I realized if Marilyn Manson doesn't care then why should I? I love my new look and I don't intend on changing it any time soon," Miles said during an earlier interview with the DailyStar.
