Elizabeth Olsen is pretty busy these days, especially after the release of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.” But looking ahead, most know that her character, Scarlett Witch, is associated with the popular Marvel villain, Magneto.

For those who have followed the X-Men films, two actors portrayed the role. The original was Sir Ian McKellen with Michael Fassbender also playing the younger version of the character.

In an interview with Geek Culture, Olsen was put in a spot and asked as to who between McKellen and Fassbender she would want to play the role of her mutant father.

Olsen chose McKellen and said that she had a big crush on the legendary actor.

“I’m gonna go with Sir Ian McKellen. I had the biggest crush on him!” Olsen said. “He’s in these videos called Playing Shakespeare, where actors get together and they do Shakespeare, and he’s like the sexiest man in the world.”

It did not take long for McKellen to respond to Olsen, like a proud father.

"If I had a daughter, I’d hope she’d be like Elizabeth," McKellen said. "A treat to be her Daddy!"

For now, there is no telling what the Marvel Cinematic Universe has planned for Olsen and the Scarlet Witch character. The same holds for plans for the Magneto character.

Scarlet Witch is on a rampage on “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Since “WandaVision,” Wanda Maximoff had become corrupted by the Darkhold and became focused on destabilizing the multiverse to see her children once again. But nothing would stop her from completing her mission, using her variants to terrorize the heroes in other universes.

Despite Olsen being in the limelight, she revealed in an interview with the New York Times that it was not always smooth sailing. She shared the lost opportunities before Wandavision got into the picture.

"I started to feel frustrated," Olsen said. "I had this job security, but I was losing these pieces that I felt were more part of my being. And the further I got away from that, the less I became considered for it.
