Dr. Andrews, who lost a 2022 House race to Republican Nancy Mace, is now running to unseat Graham, a South Carolina incumbent who has held office since 2003, according to Fox News. Once critical of Donald Trump, Graham later became one of his strongest defenders—a pivot that has drawn criticism from opponents like Andrews.

In a bold three-and-a-half-minute campaign ad, Andrews contrasts her pediatric background with Graham's record, using children's X-rays to highlight national issues—from vaccine-preventable diseases to gun violence—before likening Graham to a constipated patient, saying both are "literally full of sh-t."

The ad then plays clips of Graham contradicting himself on Trump and calls out his votes for controversial administration appointees like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Linda McMahon.
