A young mother from Georgia is dead after her former boyfriend reportedly orchestrated a plot of luring her to an apartment complex.

According to 11 Alive, the woman identified as De’ja McCrary was killed when she drove to the Camelot Condominiums in South Fulton on May 25.

It turns out that her former boyfriend, Colvin Lindsey arranged for McCrary and the man’s current girlfriend, Teandra Brox, to meet up on that day according to South Fulton Police Chief Keith Meadows.

Also, a third woman was reportedly involved. She was identified as Aquala Barnes who allegedly texted where to meet Brox.

On the day of the incident, McCrary was reportedly getting out of her car and was eventually shot and killed. Her four-year-old child was present at the time of the shooting and suffered minor scratches according to police.

Barnes was the first one to be apprehended and arrested on May 26. He is charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is associated with a street gang while participating in a crime

Lindsey was arrested on May 30 and is facing charges of murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and is associated with a street gang while participating in a crime.

Brox was arrested two days after, and charged with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is associated with a street gang while participating in a crime.

All three suspects are currently held at the Fulton County Jail. It was not mentioned if all had legal representation as of this writing or someone who could speak on their behalf.

The relatives and friends of McCrary are left mourning following her death. One described the deceased as a sweet victim while others batted that she did not deserve this unfortunate incident.

"Sunshine, you truly became a bright young lady who definitely did not deserve this. We will do everything in our hearts to take care of your princess. I pray we see each other again," the aunt of McCrary said.
