Top Three Rumors Surrounding Ben Affleck's Life That Are Plain Hilarious!

Ben Affleck’s personal affairs have made headlines for more reasons than one. A lot of it has to do with his much-publicized journey of healing from a divorce that he once publicly claimed to be the biggest mistake of his life, and finding love again in the arms of the “Knives Out” actress Ana de Armas, shortly after.

But, given how that rumor mills just can’t seem to get enough of Affleck and matters pertaining to his love life; here are the top three bogus rumors on it that were downright ridiculous. Get ready to laugh out loud!

1) Affleck the jilted lover: Not too long ago, “In Touch” ran a report that suggested how Affleck was apparently “losing it.” Reason? The actor’s fear of losing Armas to a younger, better-looking man. A supposed “insider” ran a report suggesting how the Affleck was “also supposedly getting spray tanned regularly, as well as getting Botox injections, fillers, and laser treatments on his face.”

“It’s all about acting cool in front of Ana. “When they first got together, having a young, gorgeous actress on his arm made him feel like a million dollars,” said the “source” to the magazine. “But now that he’s fallen for Ana, he’s terrified she’ll go running off with some cooler, more age-appropriate actor,” added the source. The fact that Armas's career was taking off was adding to his woes.

2) A “mid-life” crisis that’s fuel by insecurities: “Woman’s Day” followed in on “In Touch” magazine’s footsteps when it came to misreporting about Affleck’s love life. “He's losing it,” the magazine purported. “Ana has him hook, line and sinker, and he's paranoid she's going to dump him for a younger hunk now her career's starting to take off. It’s triggered some kind of midlife crisis.”

The outlet also stated that his insecurities were getting the better of him, so much so, he was turning into a complete control freak. Needless to say, all this is reportedly, indeed driving Armas up the wall. It’s important to note that Affleck and his partner seem unperturbed by these dubious rumors and are doing just fine.

3) Affleck the workout maniac: Interestingly, everything that’s been written about the actor’s alleged “transformation” traces to one thing: His obsession towards Armas. Closely about a year ago, in summer, “Radar Online” carried a piece that pointed out to the actor’s new workout routine which is scary, to say the least.

The drive to be fitter than ever has consumed Affleck to the brink of insanity -- the report maintained. Armas has a large part to play in Affleck’s maniac workout obsession, as he’s pumping iron all through the day just to ensure he’s the fittest guy around. Gossip Cop had gotten in touch with Affleck’s spokesperson who quashed the speculations as a piece of crap.
