Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer finds a third woman accusing him of sexual assault last Friday. This comes on the same day the baseball pro was slapped with a two-year suspension in connection to Major League Baseball’s policy on domestic violence and sexual assault.

According to the New York Post, the 31-year-old pitcher was previously accused by two other women of choking them to a state of unconsciousness during consensual sex and would take delight in sexually assaulting them while they are out cold. The third woman claims Bauer’s actions occurred multiple times while they were in a relationship that lasted until 2019. She added that her decision to go public on the baseball player’s fetish stemmed after she witnessed her ex-lover saying his accusers were only in it for personal financial gain.

Bauer’s third accuser told the media she has spoken with MLB and is willing to testify about this in relation to Bauer’s appeal of the league’s suspension. She claims to have met Bauer online through a dating app while he was still playing in Cleveland with the Columbus Clippers in the minor leagues.

She spoke of how he would choke her to the same point of unconsciousness and repeatedly engaged in anal sex with her while knocked out. The woman said she had consented to his unusual choking request but only to a point where she is about to lose a conscious hold of herself. But he continued to do this despite having agreed to put a stop to it. She mentioned having been choked to a degree that she experienced convulsions while they were attending Cleveland’s fan festival.

The third woman said she was in possession of a video that showed him choking her during sex while she struggled to escape. She decided not to disclose this to reporters or the MLB due to the thought of the video getting unscrupulously leaked. She chose to end their relationship soon after Bauer was traded to the Cincinnati Reds.

Bauer has reportedly filed a lawsuit against his first accuser along with two media outlets, namely Deadspin and The Athletic for defamation. He was placed on administrative leave after his first accuser dropped the bomb on him, and subsequently requested a temporary restraining order against him. However, the LA District Attorney’s office refused to press any charges against Bauer, citing he does not need to be legally charged in order for the MLB to lay down punishment for his violations.

On the other hand, his second accuser withdrew her request for a restraining order when Bauer’s legal representative threatened her with a counter legal action.

All of the women’s allegations on Bauer are similar with the women engaging in consensual sex and as this progressed would have them choked by Bauer and penetrated anally while unconscious and waking up to being physically manhandled.

Bauer has not pitched since June 28, 2021. He has denied all the allegations against him. The Dodgers forked over $38 million last year to Bauer and if his appeal fails, the Dodgers are not required to fulfill the remainder of his $32 million contract this year.
