Watch Bizarre Trust Test: Russian Influencer Drives With Girlfriend Duct-Taped To The Roof

Netizens are baffled after an Instagram influencer and blogger in Russia shared a video of driving a Bentley with his girlfriend tied to its roof and handcuffed to him.

In the bizarre trust test video, Sergey Kosenko can be seen driving around Moscow in a metallic green Bentley with his girlfriend, Ilona tied to the roof of the car.

Kosenko is seen driving the luxury car in one hand while being handcuffed to Ilona with the other. Her mouth appears to be sealed with a piece of tape.

The extreme Instagram reel video went viral gaining over 1.4 million views.

The viral video caught the attention of the traffic authorities and an investigation was initiated.

"Employees of the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate initiated a check on the fact of a video posted on the Internet, in which a girl is tied on the roof of a moving car," the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate said in a statement.

A preliminary investigation revealed the Bentley he was driving does not belong to him. It is registered to someone else, a certain Anastasia Yalkovskaya.

The car has 68 unpaid fines, amounting to 78,500 rubles, a REN-TV report said.

According to the report, Kosenko who has over 5.1 million followers on Instagram said he and his girlfriend perform various trust tests to demonstrate their love for each other and this was one of them. However, it’s unclear who assigned them such a task.

Kosenko was fined 750 Rubles ( $10 approx.) for the dangerous stunt.

He received several criticisms from netizens A user commented under the video: "I don't see what's funny about it to be honest, and yet everyone is laughing. This is the example you set to children, most of all your own?"

Another commented: "No guys, this is not cool or fun. You set an example in any situation and the kids see it and start copying, and it may end up differently."

After the viral video received major backlash, Kosenko made a sarcastic apology where he and his family are seen watching a news reporter talking about his dangerous stunt.

"I apologize. Ilona also apologizes. It's a shame to lose RUB 750," he wrote in Russian.
