Rosario Dawson and Wilmer Valderrama have come out to warn politicians that immigration reform is simply a must. The Latino acting pair went on Fusion TV to talk about their work with Voto Latino on it's tenth anniversary. When asked about how Eric Cantor's loss will affect the prospect of reform, Rosario Dawson made it clear the community wouldn't stand down. "Maybe a certain vote didn't go in a particular way but that doesn't mean that the issue suddenly disappears. This conversation about immigration reform isn't about an if, it's about a when."

"Honestly this is even more of an incentive for us as a community to be louder," said Wilmer Valderrama. "And I got to also say to all the politicians, if you don't take this serious, you are about to really, really anger a very soon to be the majority of the population of this country. You're going to wait til the next time to speak the community and it's never going to forget. It's never going to forget that we were here telling you that we need this. And you will be replaced."

"You know, we forgive very easily. But we will never forget," threatened Valderrama. "I really love the United States and I've embraced the American flag as my own. I'm still very proud to be a Venezuelan man and I'm still very proud of my Colombian heritage and Miami heritage too. The obstacles were in not having many examples to be at the time." Voto Latino is a nonpartisan organization that empowers Latino Millennials to claim a better future for themselves and their community.
