The X-Factor Top 10 Predictions
The X-Factor Top 10 Predictions FOX

"The X-Factor" Season 3 continues and tonight we will find out will be the Top 10 acts. Last night, the Top 13 lost one act at the beginning of the hour when Carlos Guevara was voted out by the public after last week's performance. The Top 12 then continued to perform in the 80s themed night with Paulina Rubio, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Simon Cowell giving for the most part positive reviews. One performance stole the show and it was Josh Levi, that surprised everyone singing "Straight Up." The singer who is mentored by Paulina had a unanimous praised for being able to sing and dance at the same time without skipping a beat. Rubio adviced Levi to do cardio and sing along to train his voice for a better performance. In a flashback to the 80s we were able to see what Paulina looked like when she was in the musical group Timbiriche.

Tonight on "The X-Factor" two acts will be leaving the competition and the Top 10 will be revealed. Last week was a little weird when the voting process was thrown out over night due to technical difficulties. The acts all performed their save me songs and the public voted the singers out of the competition on last nights episode by calling, texting or voting on Shazam and on the official website. The elimination from "The X-Factor" usually has the bottom 2 acts perform a "Save Me" song and then the judges vote for the act to go home. If the voting results in a tie or deadlock, it reverts back to the voting audience and whoever hast the least votes, leaves. This week with two performers going home, they might have a different mechanic. "The X-Factor" makes available the tracks from the night's performances on iTunes and they could be a good indicator on how the public is voting. Based on the iTunes charts our prediction for the Top 10 and who's going home this week is:

Top 10 Predictions
Alex & Sierra (Simon - Groups)
Restless Road (Simon - Groups)
Josh Levi (Paulina - Boys)
Jeff Gutt (Kelly - Over 25s)
Sweet Suspense (Simon - Groups)
Rachel Potter (Kelly - Over 25s)
Khaya Cohen (Demi - Girls)
Rion Page (Demi - Girls)
Lillie McCloud (Kelly - Over 25s)
Ellona Santiago (Demi - Girls)

Acts Going Home
Tom Olstad (Paulina - Boys)
Carlito Olivero (Paulina - Boys)

If this is accurate, Paulina's Boys category will suffer a major blow and will only have 1 remaining act for the rest of the competition. From the charts we can see that Simon's Groups are all doing very well, having Alex And Sierra and Restless Road in the Top 2. Demi's Girls are in limbo as most of her acts are in the bottom. "The X-Factor" Results Show airs tonight at 8pm ET/PT on FOX. Who are the acts that you think will be going home tonight?
