The beauty competition is heating up and the ladies of "Nuestra Belleza Latina" are dropping one by one. Find out who was the second girl eliminated from the Latin reality show. Univision

It was Week 3 of the "Nuestra Belleza Latina 2014" runway show and as the rules have changed this year, so does the girls focus. The ladies will have to be more fierce as they are eliminated one by one each week until one beauty queen is left. It was a powerful start with the remaining 11 beauties dressed as super heroes danced with international super star Gloria Trevi. The 46-year-old Mexican singer performed "Mujer Maravilla" and "Todos Me Miran" and electrified the runway. It was a bittersweet moment for the team headlined by Denise Quiñones as she had the top and bottom girl of the night. Quiñones has the lady with the most votes from the competition as Maria Delgado continued to be in the bottom.

The challenge for this week had the beauty queens learn how to keep calm if they confront a difficult situation. The godmothers showed them how to keep the glamor, control and firmness necessary to show off they can tackle any situation in front of a camera. Things got scary when another challenge had the girls walking down the runway with an animal, keeping their composure. The task had the girls at ease but just imagine if any of those animals would have lost control, it would have been a disaster. What is a night without more music to spice things up? Yandel visited the stage with a medley of some of his hit songs that included "Hable De Ti," "Hasta Abajo" and "Moviendo Caderas." The singer must have enjoyed this performance as the ladies walked down the runway in swimsuits.

"Nuestra Belleza Latina" is known for its tense moments and the moment of truth couldn't be postponed any longer. It was revealed that Nabila Tapia was nominated by the teachers as she had a poor achievement during the week. Alicia Machado's group nominated Josephine Ochoa as the third nominee, with Delgado already nominated. Osmel Sousa saved Josephine and Nabila, and Maria Delgado was revealed to be the second girl to leave the mansion and her dreams of stardom. To end the show on a high note, the glitz and glamour of "The Great Gatsby" took over as the girls modeled elegant pieces inspired by the F. Scott Fitzgerald classic. Week 4 of the competition will be inspired by Brasil and all its color and traditions with the presence of J. Balvin on stage. "Nuestra Belleza Latina" airs Sundays at 8/7c p.m. on Univision.
