This Company Is Moving To 100% Recycled Plastic While Helping You Feel Refreshed

Global beauty brand Dove, really cares about its impact on the planet; Therefore the brand started the year by collecting more than 2,000 plastic items for recycling from women and men who visited the Dove “Proud of What We’re Made Of” installation in Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall.

The brand informed that each bottle packaging across Dove, Dove Men+Care, and Baby Dove are now moving to 100% recycled plastic, an initiative that will reduce the brand’s CO2 emissions by 27,265 tons per year, which will result in energy savings enough to charge 3.4 billion smartphones every year.

Unilever’s proactiveness is part of its industry-leading pledge to make all its plastic packaging fully reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025.
