One of the most important things you can do in order to win your Fantasy Football league is stay on top of your waiver wire. Finding that gem player that no one else knows about can make the difference each and every week.

Here are five players you should consider signing for Week 12.

1. Cole Beasley

Cole Beasley continues to thrive in this Dallas Cowboys system with Dak Prescott under center. He may not be the biggest, fastest or most explosive, but he just makes plays and that’s what matters. Just 10 games into this season, Beasley already has a career high 591 receiving yards. Every season in which Beasley has played his receiving yardage and touchdown receptions have increased. Beasley takes on the Washington Redskins and Josh Norman on Thanksgiving.

2. Dion Lewis

This is pretty risky, but if you’re having running back issues, a big risk could pay off with a big reward. Dion Lewis played in his first game of the season in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. He saw a limited five carries since LeGarrette Blount had a monster day with 144 rushing yards, but don’t be surprised if Bill Belichick goes to Lewis in Week 12. The New York Jets still have a very good run defense, so the Patriots would be wise to spread the ball around.

3. Brandon LaFell

Unfortunately and often, injuries play a major factor in Fantasy Football. The Cincinnati Bengals lost wide receiver A.J. Green to a torn hamstring, possibly for the entire season. Football common sense tells us that Brandon LaFell should get more looks from Andy Dalton moving forward without his No. 1 option on the field. LaFell has the most receiving yards (419) and touchdowns (4) of any active Bengals wide out.

4. Eric Ebron

Don’t look now, but those Detroit Lions have now won five of their last six games and currently lead the NFC North. Matthew Stafford is doing a good job of finding his young tight end Eric Ebron, who has hit the 70-yard mark three consecutive weeks. Ebron is averaging almost 30 more receiving yards per game compared to last season. Don’t just pick up Ebron for this week against the Minnesota Vikings, but keep him for Week 13 against the New Orleans Saints.

5. Devin Funchess

The Carolina Panthers aren’t dead just yet. They have a huge game against the Oakland Raiders in Week 12, and it may be worth taking a look at Devin Funchess if you need some wide receiver help. The Raiders will be coming back from a game in Mexico City and their secondary ranks 31st in passing yards given up. Funchess has the second most touchdown catches on the Panthers this year.
