"Gran Turismo 6" is on a roll this summer! Following the exciting launch of the Ayrton Senna Tribute content package, GT6 has released announced multiple new Vision Gran Turismo concept cars including the BMW Vision GT, Volkswagen GTI Roadster Vision GT Concept, Mitsubishi Evolution XR-PHEV Vision GT, and Nissan Vision GT.
For the next update, "Gran Turismo 6" will be taking a break from new cars in order to offer something much much bigger-- a new race track! "Gran Turismo" commemorates the return of the Osterreichring to the 2014 Formula 1 calendar by adding the legendary circuit to its track list.
The Osterreichring, know called the Red Bull Ring, is located at the foothills of the Apls in Austria. The scenic race track had been a fixture on the Formula 1 calendar from the 1970's until 2003. After a decade, the Austrian Grand Prix weekend will be held from June 20 through June 22 and will be the official home race for the Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1 Team.
