Maddox’s Departure Caused Her Anxiety (August 2019)

Jolie adopted Maddox in 2003 before she met Pitt while filming “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.” The actress took care of her son since he was a baby, so it’s understandable that she’d be emotional sending him off to South Korea for college.

However, National Enquirer claimed that with Maddox’s departure, Jolie realized that she’ll eventually end up alone, especially since she has now divorced Pitt. “It won’t be long before Pax follows Maddox into college, then Zahara will be gone, and Shiloh is highly likely to move in with Brad full time at some point,” the publication quoted an unnamed source.

The thought of her kids leaving the nest alone has reportedly caused her so much anxiety. “That’ll leave her alone with the twins who are spending more and more time with Brad,” the tipster said. “There’s nothing she can do about this, and it’s left her crippled with anxiety.”

But Gossip Cop debunked the story, saying that it was simply untrue. In the first place, it was Jolie who encouraged Maddox to travel nonstop and pursue education overseas. In addition, the actress’ camp confirmed that Jolie hasn’t had any “nervous breakdown” over her son’s departure.

She Was Put In Close Watch Due To Eating Disorder (August 2019)

A few days later, Australian magazine NW came up with another story about Jolie’s reaction to Maddox’s departure. In this new twist, the “Tomb Raider” star is reportedly struggling with eating problems caused by anxiety over the thought of her children eventually leaving her alone.

The magazine claimed that Jolie refused to eat, which forced her medical team to keep her under watch 24/7. “Her medical team has put her in an outpatient program at a clinic in Los Angeles,” NW quoted a suspicious source. “She will be monitored there by dietitians and a psychologist, who are helping her with both her mental and physical well-being.”

However, Gossip Cop debunked NW’s story and labeled it as bogus. The fact-checking site reached out to Jolie’s camp and was given the assurance that the actress has no eating issues, nor is she undergoing rehab of any sort.

She’s Ready To Have Another Man In Her Life (September 2019)

A couple of days ago, the National Enquirer released yet another story about Jolie. In an article titled “Angie On The Prowl For Men!” the publication reported that the actress plans to actively date again now that Maddox is halfway around the world.

“She plans to go on a date at least once or twice a week and see where it takes her,” National Enquirer quoted a supposed tipster. “She’s still focused on family but now there’s a huge hole in her life she needs to fill. She’s ready to bring another man into her life!”

The publication even hinted that Jolie might find her next love within her current circle. “She’s got business acquaintances looking into this discreetly for her, plus there are a couple of guys who she’s hit up directly,” the source continued.

However, Gossip Cop debunked the story and labeled it as a “complete fabrication.” Jolie has repeatedly asserted in the past that she’s not making dating a priority at the moment as she’s more focused on her career and her kids with Pitt.
