Nick Lachey rarely makes headlines nowadays, but he is again on the spotlight all thanks to Jenni Rivera! It has been revealed that the former 98 Degrees singer and his wife, TV host Vanessa Minnillo are the new homeowners of Rivera's former mansion located on four acres of hilltop land in Encino, Calif.

The Rivera family finally sold their beloved home after putting the property on sale over a year ago. According to TMZ, who were the first to spill the beans on the deal, Lachey purchased the mansion for $4.15 million. The couple sold their previous crib earlier this month for $3.995 million.

TMZ also reported the following information on the purchase: Farrah Aldjufrie from The Agency sealed the deal for Nick. The agent for Jenny's estate was Sebastian Wolski, managing partner of the Ryan Serhant Team Los Angeles.

Three years before her tragic death in 2012, the Diva de la Banda was designing her dream home. The iconic Mexican songstress "originally bought the property in 2009 for $3.3 million" as reported by TMZ. In June 2015, the late singer's children put the property in the market, hoping to nab $4.5 million for it. It sold for $4.15 million to Lachey and his wife.
