Justin Bieber 'Purpose Tour': Canadian Singer Punches Fan In The Face Before Barcelona Concert [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber just can't seem to keep himself out of trouble. Over the years we have seen the Canadian star pee in a mop bucket, charged with DUI, arrested for street racing and so much more. Now, it seems that the 22-year-old has upped the ante on his criminal offenses.

According to TMZ, "The Biebs" assaulted a fan by punching the man clear in his face before his concert in Barcelona.

The singer was caught on camera punching a fan in the face as he was arriving at his concert in Barcelona. In the footage, you can clearly see the Canadian pop star hit the male through the open window of his car as he was driven by a chauffeur to the city's Palau Sant Jordi for latest stop on his Purpose tour. The excited fan can be seen reaching out to touch the singer while the car rolls past at slow speed, but Justin reacts with a jab that makes contact with his face.

“He just punched me…I touched his face like this and he went, boom!” the fan said in Spanish.

After receiving the hard blow, the fan turned around and showed witnesses that he was bleeding. The fan was left with a split and bloodied lip.

The DailyMail reports that the fan is a minor who is contemplating suing the singer. Police confirmed this on Wednesday morning that they were not investigating the incident and said it was up to the victim to decide whether to make a formal complaint.

The Spanish news outlet that captured the images said the boy was a minor and had told regional Mossos d’Esquadra officers who turned up moments later that he was not sure whether to report Bieber over his actions or put the incident behind him.

A spokesman for the Mossos d’Esquadra confirmed: 'What’s occurred here is what would be considered a misdemeanour rather than a crime.

This is not the first time the star has come to blows with someone. Back in 2014, the 22-year-old reportedly got into an altercation with actor Orlando Bloom at a restaurant over the actor's ex-wife Miranda Kerr. The singer also had an incident with a fan in Manchester causing him to leave the stage. Bieber asked the fan to stop screaming but the fan refused to oblige.
