Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton share one common thing apart from being mothers. According to a new report, they have the same fear about something.

The two Duchesses - of Sussex and Cambridge reportedly have the same worry when it comes to wearing diamonds. According to the Sun, wearing diamonds for the two royals might make them look too flashy so they do not. Instead, they can only don these after 6 PM.

Middleton and Markle rarely sport real jewelry. Rather, the only thing they wear daily is their engagement rings. They reserve the more lavish jewelry for special occasions because they believe that being spotted with diamonds and all the other stuff that glitters will make people judge them
Etiquette expert Myka Meier reported that Middleton and Markle usually only wear pearls and topaz at daytime because anything else will appear too extravagant and flashy.

They do not have issues with looking fashionable and chic even without these expensive items though.

Middleton still manages to pull of noteworthy looks even with budget-friendly jewelry. She is often spotted with her £8 Accessorize earrings. The former “Suits” actress, who no doubt is used to being fashionable, is often just spotted wearing affordable Missoma rings. Then they both transform when nighttime hits!

“Before 6 pm, you’ll see metallics, gemstones, pearls [and] sapphires," Meier told News.com.au.

Also, the two have a similar aversion to wearing the tiara on a daily basis, contrary to what ordinary people believe princesses should be wearing all the time.

Grant Harrold, aka The Royal Butler explained that tiaras are usually reserved for married members of the royal family. “For married ladies, it was a sign of status and would show you were taken and not looking for a husband," Grant said. “For the gentleman, it was a clear sign not to make advances toward the lady in question,” he added.

nd yet, there are only a handful of occasions when the two worn tiaras. This just means they hate looking even more princess-y that they should.
