Kate Middleton’s fourth pregnancy may have just been confirmed by one member of her family. If the reports are true, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will welcome another baby early next year.

A royal insider recently told New Idea that Kate and Prince William’s only daughter shocked everyone with her revelation. During her first week at Thomas’s Battersea, the 4-year-old started telling her classmates that her mom is going to have another baby.

“One of the teaching aides overheard Charlotte saying it and couldn’t believe her ears — Charlotte was talking very loudly, and seemed convinced that her mummy was pregnant,” the source said. “It was certainly quite the bombshell to drop in her first week of school!” the source added.

The publication said that it’s not surprising for Princess Charlotte to be the one to share the news to the entire world because of her cheeky personality. The adorable royal is also very confident and outspoken.

In fact, Queen Elizabeth previously revealed that it’s Princess Charlotte who has been looking out for her older brother, Prince George. While talking to a young fan and her mother, Her Majesty asked if the young girl takes care of her younger sister. But her mom said that it’s the other way around.

“She asked if Emily looked after Haleigh and I said it was more the other way around,” the mom shared. “She said it was like that with Princess Charlotte and Prince George,” she added. The mom’s husband also said that the Queen seemed to be implying that Princess Charlotte is the one who keeps an eye out for Prince George and not the other way around.

Meanwhile, rumors about Kate’s pregnancy has been ripe in recent months. Just this week, eagle-eyed royal fans said that Prince William’s wife could be expecting her fourth child because she changed her hairstyle and hair color. During her first three pregnancies, Kate also changed her hairstyle and hair color before announcing that she was expecting.

And another possible indication that the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant is if she doesn’t make public appearances in the next couple of weeks. Since Kate suffers from extreme morning sickness, she usually takes a break from her royal duties during the early months of her pregnancy.
