Kate Middleton's younger sister Pippa Middleton gave birth to her third child with her husband, James Matthews.

Pippa and James are now a family of five after welcoming their newborn baby girl. The couple are also parents to 3-year-old son Arthur and 1-year-old daughter Grace.

Pippa, 38, and James, 46, had their first child, Arthur, in Oct. 2018, followed by a baby girl named Grace in March 2021. Pippa also gave birth in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital — the same place where her sister Kate gave birth to all her three children--Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The newborn baby girl is the sixth grandchild of Carole and Michael Middleton.

Pippa was seen sporting a bright green dress, gracefully flaunting her baby bump during the high-profile "Party at the Palace" concert for Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee in June. She was reportedly accompanied by Matthews, her brother James Middleton and his wife, Alizée Thévenet.

A source told PEOPLE that Pippa and her family are planning to move to a village near Bucklebury, in Berkshire, where she and her siblings enjoyed their childhood and where their parents still reside. Their reported new home will be about 50 minutes from Windsor, where Kate, William and their three children are relocating this summer. Pippa and her husband are said to have been looking forward to settling down and "having children and leading a quiet life."

The mother has been incredibly busy over the last year, juggling parenting with studying for a master's degree. Pippa has been busy these past few months as she went on to pursue a master's degree and is due to graduate from the University of Wales Trinity St David with a distinction in physical education, sport and physical literacy.

Her work will be presented at a summit in Luxembourg in the autumn. Pippa previously spoke about her degree, "Getting back into studying took some getting used to but I felt really well supported by the team at UWTSD. The nature of the course being divided into specific modules also meant that it was easier to compartmentalize what was required each term." "I have enjoyed the balance of work and motherhood and getting back into reading, writing, and learning again."
