Larry Hernández may have a good shot at becoming a free man for good after sources reported that José Andrade, the “victim,” was arrested under fraud accusations in Newberry, South Carolina this week. Telemundo’s “Al Rojo Vivo” revealed that Andrade supposedly used $500 checks with no funds to pay his employees, which led to his apprehension but was immediately released on bail.

Five entrepreneurs, who provided services at the venue where the “Larrymania” star allegedly kidnapped Andrade from, showed up at the Sherriff’s office in Newberry last month and pressed charges against Andrade for promising them property ownership in exchange of money loans. According to restaurant owner, Onésimo Reyes, Andrade gave all 5 of them the same title with different money amounts.

Although this case has nothing to do with Hernández, who still has to face kidnapping, third degree assault and battery by mob charges on December 31, specialists disclosed it could help a great deal on the day of the hearing.

Unfortunately, the Mexican singer’s court battles don’t end there. Recent reports revealed that Hernández’ wife, Isabel Hernández, is now asking for full custody of their children, child support and 50% of his assets, which means he could be spending some time in court in the near future.

In the meantime, the 38-year-old singer is excited to be back with his family and getting his career back on track with a new single and his return to the stage on November 13 in Dallas, Texas, "How exciting it feels to publish this photo only 3 days before reuniting with my beautiful audience, hopefully you won’t miss my first event in Dallas, Texas," he wrote next to the photo shown below.
