After spending 19 days in prison, a week on the road to South Carolina, and facing kidnapping, third degree assault and battery by mob charges, Larry Hernández was pronounced a free man on October 23, 2015 after posting a $200,000 bail.

Since then, the Mexican singer has been working on his return to the public eye with a YouTube video addressed to his fans, a live performance on EstrellaTV’s “Premios de La Radio 2015,” a new single on the radio (“Quién Fue”), and a comeback concert in Dallas, Texas on November 13.

Unfortunately, sources have reported that the “Larrymania” star might be heading back to court due to his wife’s recent demands. According to Telemundo, Isabel Hernández, whom Larry married back in 2007, is asking for full custody of their children, child support and 50% of the singer’s assets.

Marital laws in Arizona, where the couple got married, determine that because there is no existing prenuptial agreement, the 38-year-old should agree to his wife’s settlement unless otherwise decided in court.

However, the tricky part here is that Hernández still has to prove his innocence in front of the Judge on December 31. In failing to do so, the result could favor his wife, who would be entitled to present the singer’s criminal record to win the battle.

Are Larry Hernández’ fortune and fame still in danger? Stay tuned!
