Heads up fans, "The Legend of Korra" has moved to a different time slot. So if you plan on catching future episodes this is a need-to-know. According to Nickelodeon's official Twitter page, "The Legend of Korra" has been moved to a later time slot on Fridays. The Twitter post reads, "Schedule Update: #LegendOfKorra is moving to Friday nights at 8:30pm/7:30c! Tell your friends and let 'em know!" There was no reason given as to why "The Legend of Korra" is getting an hour and a half move to 8:30 p.m. but many are led to believe that it could be due to ratings. When the premiere of season two of "The Legend of Korra" premiered it did so with less ratings than expected. It is also speculated that the move is due to the the content in season two of "The Legend of Korra." It is possible that the content of upcoming episodes may not be suitable for a younger audience. Hypable reported that a similar incident happened when a mistaken TV listing reassigned new episodes of "The Legend of Korra" season two to varying times on weekday evenings. The listing suggested upcoming episodes of season two of Korra upcoming episodes were also set to air on NickToons. Since then Nickelodeon has confirmed the rumor as incorrect.

The upcoming episode "Peacekeepers" will fall into the new time slot for season two of "The Legend of Korra." The official synopsis for the upcoming episode reads, "When the president of the United Republic refuses to help Korra, she decides to take matters into her own hands."

The show will air on Nickelodeon at 8:30 Friday.
