Man Murdered At Nude Beach For Allegedly Masturbating Infront Of Woman

A middle-aged man in a beach in France was shot multiple times on Saturday after he got in a fight with another beachgoer when he allegedly started masturbating while in front of a nude woman in the beach.

The 46-year-old man, whose identity has been withheld from the public, was at a nudist beach in Lyon, France reportedly fondling his genitals in front of a lady when things took a violent turn. Described by those who knew him as an “exhibitionist,” he subsequently got into a heated argument with a 75-year-old man regarding his lewd actions, according to the Daily Beast.

“There was an altercation between a man and a woman, and another individual got involved,” the public prosecutor of the Bourg-en-Bresse said.

The 75-year-old man, described by police reports and eyewitnesses as a hunter, demanded that the exhibitionist leave the scene so that the two of them could talk about their behavior privately, but the man refused and reportedly continued to fondle himself, the New York Post reported.

The man described as a hunter then pointed his gun–a registered hunting pistol–at the exhibitionist, and shot the man three times in the chest, killing him instantly before alerting the French police in the area of their whereabouts and actions.

The exhibitionist was also reportedly making other individuals in the area uncomfortable with their perverted actions, and some of them may have complained to the hunter regarding the man's odd behavior,

Nudist beaches are common in France as a way of deterring perverts from making people uncomfortable, but the exhibitionist was reportedly causing problems with the regular beachgoers in the areas, and the hunter man was known for attempting to keep the order in the beach area by discouraging bad behavior.

Although the elder hunter may be charged, it is unlikely that he will get convicted due to his age.
