However, Twitter users were taken aback by the details he shared in the tweet along with the image of the woman wearing the engagement ring. The man detailed how she had cheated on him with his brother but he was still willing to marry her.

Being cheated on can be a tough situation to be in. When this Twitter user was cheated on by his partner he was left so traumatized that he needed to be admitted to a mental health facility. Having returned after a month of treatment at the mental health facility, the man decided to continue his relationship with the unnamed woman.

He shared that he was left devastated after finding out that his partner had been sexually involved with his brother. While it is unclear when the man found out about the affair, he announced his engagement on Friday, April 23.
