‪Despite all the allegations and rumors, sparking debate whether the Palace would even allow her to, Meghan Markle really has no plans to return to acting. Howie Mandel said the actress implied this herself.

According to Howie Mandel, who worked with Meghan Markle even before she became famous as the “Suits” actress and the Duchess of Sussex today, he cannot see Markle returning to Hollywood. Markle, unbeknownst to many, was actually a suitcase holder at the “Deal or No Deal” show, which is where Mandel was able to work with her.

As early as that time, Mandel said that Markle already had a goal to be a duchess. In his words, Prince Harry’s wife’s “master plan” to become a duchess.

“No, I don’t think she’ll ever [return to acting],” Howie recently told Us Weekly. “Well, she’ll be seen on television, because she’s a duchess. But that was her plan. I used to say to her, 'Meghan, open the case.' And she used to say, ‘Not now, I’m doing some work on becoming a duchess.’ It was the master plan, so I don’t think she’ll come back for us.”

Naturally, this does not mean that Markle plotted her way into the royal palace. What is apparent instead is that Markle’s dreams truly came true, even though at one point, it even sounded ludicrous. ‪

Markle is obviously full of surprises too. Who could have thought she was a suitcase girl?

‪She’s really inspiring given all that she achieved since then. Apart from that, she’s also inspiring for the work she’s currently doing in South Africa.

Her first-ever visit to South Africa and she is already making waves, on a positive note. Both Markle and Prince Harry gave speeches in a visit to Cape Town’s Nyanga township. Markle’s however is really quite touching and empowering. She even highlighted her Black heritage, as reported by People magazine.

On one personal note, may I just say that while I am here with my husband as a member of the royal family, I want you to know that for me, I am here as a mother, as a wife, as a woman, as a woman of color, and as your sister,” she said to cheers from the crowd.
