Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have blocked comments on their Instagram page after facing backlash from their followers recently. The two of them have been sharing positive and inspiring messages online, and they appear to not want any negative comments in their recent post.

The Royals shared a picture of cupcakes with positive and empowering messages on their official Instagram page. After a recent such post led to a flurry of negative comments, the couple has blocked comments on the cupcakes post, Express reported.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been facing some heat online for their use of private jets. The two of them have been advocating for people to take steps to stop climate change, but these words were seen as hypocritical after they were spotted using private jets during multiple occasions.

As far as the picture of the cupcakes is concerned, it is from the Luminary Bakery that is located in east London. Sharing the picture of the cup cakes on their Instagram page, the cafe announced that they were from a former employee who has started her own baking business of making products to promote mental health, self-love, hope, and kindness. The all-female eatery has decided to sell these positivity-filled products to their customers.

Meanwhile, a number of celebrities have come out in support of Markle and Prince Harry’s use of private jets. The couple went to Nice, France for a short vacation at Elton John’s house recently, and the singer defended their use of a private jet.

John took to Twitter to say that he was “deeply distressed” by reading the coverage of the royals’ visit to his home. He explained that he provided them with a private jet so that they could travel with their 3-month-old son Archie in a safe and protected environment.
