“Money Heist” Season 4 is set to arrive on Netflix net year. While the network is very secretive about the show’s details, here’s what’s known so far about the upcoming fourth season.

“Money Heist” Season 4 Release Date

Netflix has not yet officially announced when the fourth season of the series will arrive. However, that does not mean that there no clues lying around.

Actually, it was Rodrigo de La Serna who plays as Martin in the series that spilled the beans, as reported by HOLA!. While he did not specifically point out a date, de La Serna said that “Money Heist” Season 4 premiere will arrive this January.

However, other publications offer a different date for the “Money Heist” Season 4 release date. According to Digital Spy, the premiere for the fourth season is scheduled on April 3, 2020.

Fortunately, Netflix already released a trailer giving fans some clues which of the previous cast member will be returning for the fourth season. Based on the teaser, Miguel Herran is back as Rio, Ursula Corbero reprises her role as Tokyo while Alvaro Morte is back as the Professor as well.

Ester Acebo is back as Stockholm, Luka Peros is back as Marsella, and Hovik Keuchkerian as Bogota. Seen in the trailer are Darko Peric, who is back as Helsinki, Rodrigo De la Serna as Palermo, Jaimer Lorente as Denver, and Itziar Ituno will be back as Lisbon.

“Money Heist” Season 4 Plot

Unfortunately, there are no available data on what the fourth season’s plot might be. But surely, it will involve another daring robbery as that has been the theme for the past three seasons now.

“Money Heist” Season 1 and Season 2 centered around the group’s complicated operation to steal from the Royal Mint of Madrid. Meanwhile, the third season told the story on how they were forced out of hiding and brazenly plan another assault, this time targeting the Bank of Spain.

The show became a hit internationally and became one of the top most popular original shows on Netflix. With 44 million views, “Money Heist” bested “You” and “Sex Education” as each show has 40 million views.

“Money Heist” landed at the third spot bested only be two other Netflix original shows. At second place is “Umbrella Academy” with 45 million views while the top spot belongs to “Stranger Things” with a massive viewership of 64 million.
