‘My Hero Academia’ Chapter 260: Plan To Capture Liberation Front Members Might Fail

“My Hero Academia” Chapter 260 will continue the Pro Heroes assault on the members of the Liberation Front. If successful, they will be able to round up its members in one fell swoop. But it is also possible that the Pro Heroes plan might not go as smoothly as planned.

In “My Hero Academia” Chapter 259, the Pro Heroes finally found out where the scientist who knows how to create Nomus is located. His name is actually Maruta Shiga, the founder and chairman of Jaku General Hospital.

The Pro Heroes was able to discover Maruta by acting on a tip from members of the Safety Commission who noted that there is one area in the hospital that is locked down and accessible only via the morgue. An undercover agent finally photographed Maruta going in and out of the place with a little Nomu by his side.

However, the Pro Heroes do not plan to just barge in and arrest Maruta. They want to simultaneously arrest every member of the Liberation Front. Thus, a very large scale operation was hatched, one that will finally be implemented in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 260.

The plan was deceptively simple. They have to arrest the enemies in their various strongholds simultaneously. Aside from the group of Pro Heroes lead by Endeavor who will be confronting Maruta, various Pro Heroes have already assembled and surrounded the various bases of the Liberation Front.

In the previous chapter, Endeavor finally confronted Maruta. On the other hand, various groups of Pro Heroes have started their assault on their enemies’ bases as well.

If everything goes according to plan, then they’ll capture every member of the Liberation Front in one fell swoop in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 260. However, there is still a possibility that the plan might somehow fail.

In fact, it might be already hinted at in one of the previous chapter’s narration. The narration on the last page of Chapter 257 talked about “that day heroes vanished from the city.” Is that statement referring to the heroes actually vanishing or falling into a trap set by the Liberation Front?
