The Denver Nuggets host the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the Ball Arena as they try to stretch their winning streak to four games.

The Nuggets are coming off a huge win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, Jan. 9, and will be looking to continue their mastery of the Suns this season.

In their regular-season series matchup, the Nuggets are up 1-0. In their previous encounter, Denver won, 128-125 in overtime.

Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets in their recent win over the Lakers.

Murray finished with 34 points and seven rebounds while Jokic had another triple-double outing with 14 points, 16 assists and 11 rebounds.

Denver outshot the Lakers in that game (46.5%), dominated the boards with a 55-44 rebounding advantage and played more as a team (29-20). They also converted more three-pointers 15-of-42 for a 35.7% shooting clip.

Questionable for the Nuggets vs. Suns game are Bones Hayard, Bruce Brown and Zeke Nnaji.

For the Suns, they have dropped six in a row with their backcourt duo of Chris Paul and Devin Booker sitting on the sidelines. They lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers, 98-112.

Mikal Bridges led the way with 15 points while DeAndre Ayton chipped in 14 markers to go with 11 rebounds. The Cavs outgunned the Suns in that matchup and lost the rebounding battle, 36-39. Cleveland also played better as a team, holding a 29-22 advantage in assists.

Phoenix is averaging 112.7 points per contest and owns a 46.5% shooting clip from the field. They are giving up 111 points per game and allowing the opposition to score 47.1% from the field. The Suns have a defensive rating of 84.

The Nuggets are -12 spread favorites to win over the Suns who are at +12. The Moneyline for this matchup is -800 for Denver and +560 for Phoenix.
