Ever since Caitlyn Jenner debuted on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine, many people in the world --including public figures-- have voiced their thoughts. While some have been very supportive of Jenner's transformation, others have not. Take TV talk show host Geraldo Rivera, for instance, who recently tweeted negative comments about the Olympian formerly known as Bruce Jenner.

Despite all the Negative Nancy's out there trying to rain on Jenner's parade, one Latino star gave his two cents in defense of the brave transgender.

"She came into this world with a mission," said Ricky Martin to People En Español. "That mission is to educate about how important it is to respect every human being just the way he or she is." The Puerto Rican superstar also showed his support on his official Instagram account, where he shared Cait's cover on Vanity Fair and captioned the image: "Elegancia," which translates to "Elegance" in English.
