Shakira and Gerard Piqué's Kids Milan and Sasha Make Their Movie Debut in 'Zootopia 2'

During the premiere of the second installment of Disney's hit film Zootopia, Shakira walked the red carpet and brought Milan and Sasha, her sons with Gerard Piqué, onto the stage. Those who thought it was a lovely family outing, with the boys accompanying their mother, soon realized they were mistaken.

According to the Colombian star herself, it was a work event not only for her but for the whole family. As they stated on the red carpet at the El Capitan Theatre, Milan and Sasha Piqué made their voice acting debuts in the film.

"They're playing bunnies," said a proud Shakira. However, the boys did more than that, actively participating in the artist's preparation to once again voice Gazelle the gazelle, one of the most beloved characters from the first Zootopia film.

Speaking perfect English, which demonstrated how quickly young people learn languages, 12-year-old Milan and 11-year-old Sasha shared how much fun they had with their performance. Their characters are the younger siblings of Judy Hopps, the main character.

"I had a great time doing it," Milan said.

Shakira revealed that she and the children had recorded the vocals on the same day in the studio.

"I want to do it again," said Sasha, who has already begun her artistic journey, just like her brother.

The boys were featured in "Acróstico," Shakira's song from her latest album, and appeared in the music video. Milan has also released his first song, " The One," in which his brother plays the drums.

Until now, there were no signs that they were interested in the performing arts. However, starting out with Disney only bodes well for their future if they decide to continue down this path.

The film, which premieres on November 26, stars Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, with Ke Huy Quan as one of the new characters in the world of Zootopia, playing Gary De'Snake.

According to Disney, the plot of this new installment tells how rookie agents "Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde receive a crucial mission from Chief Bogo, one that leads them to face the mysterious viper Gary De'Snake, whose arrival disrupts the balance of the metropolis.

To solve the case, while dealing with the Zootopia Police Department and others involved, they must go undercover in new areas of the city, testing their alliance as they uncover a conspiracy involving the other reptiles living near Zootopia.
