It seems as if the never ending on-again off-again saga between "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reality stars Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J is far from over. Just days after we reported that the two have come to a peace agreement and mended their relationship things have hit the fan in less than 24 hours!
According to TMZ, Stevie J has filed another restraining order against Hernandez after she showed up to his house and beat the crap out of him! The reality star filed the paperwork immediately after the situation happened and now he is urging the courts to intervene.
The site reports that the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star reveals that Joseline showed up uninvited to his pad Sunday and busted up his face and injured his eyes. Keep in mind this is the same day Stevie posted a video with her cooking in the kitchen and looking like all has been forgiven. Stevie tells the site that the video was shot right before the alleged beatdown.
The music executive reveals in court dicuments that there was another violent encounter between the two where Joseline threatened him, lunged at him, threw paperwork at him and went off in a epic rant cursing at him. This incident allegedly occurred at a DNA lab where Stevie was getting tested to see if he is the father of Joseline's unborn child.
Stevie J is now asking the court to order a psychological evaluation for Hernandez as well as anger management classes. He is reportedly afraid that she'll try and hurt him again and possibly their unborn child. The star has even asked the courts to name him guardian of the unborn child.
While many people have their opinions about Stevie's reasons for filing restraining orders stemming from him not having to pay child support, Hernandez who is do any day now should not be conducting herself in this way.
The couple is known to play the on-again off-again game but if these two do not come to some sort of truce, things will end up getting even more messy and end up affecting their unborn child.
