President Donald Trump has the most innovative solution to curb unrest in different U.S. cities and “false” lies about racism and that is, to restore “patriotic education” in schools.

Trump’s comments came on Monday, Aug. 31 during a news conference. As a way to calm the recent unrest among several states, Trump suggests making children aware of what America is and how it has been throughout its history.

During the conference, Trump further linked violent protests across several U.S. states to “left-wing indoctrination” in schools and universities. He also accused his opponent and the Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden of providing “moral aid and comfort.”

“Many young Americans have been fed lies about America being a wicked nation plagued by racism,” he said. “Indeed, Joe Biden and his party spent their entire convention spreading this hateful and destructive message while refusing to say one word about the violence.”

To avoid such protests, Trump suggests that children be taught how American is, which is “an exceptional, free and just nation, worth defending, preserving and protecting.”

He also accused the Democrats of not being able to control the “radical left, crazy movement."

“The only path to unity is to rebuild a shared national identity focused on common American values and virtues of which we have plenty,” he said. “This includes restoring patriotic education in our nation's schools, where they are trying to change everything that we have learned.”

To Trump’s comments, Biden replied strongly urging Trump to join him in saying that while a peaceful protest is a right and a necessity, violence is wrong, irrespective of the political affiliation of the protestors. He said that if he cannot say that, he is unfit to become the president of the country.

"The ban on H-1B visas, which are often used to fill very niche positions that are not easily found in the American workforce, will ultimately prove to be counterproductive and is an example of using a nuclear bomb to address a bar fight," said Leon Fresco, a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Obama administration who now represents H-1B workers.
