Keep your eyes glued here as we bring you all the latest live updates, images, scores, highlights and coverage of the 2014 World Cup Group of Death Match between Team USA's "Stars and Stripes" and Ghana's "Black Stars":

Winning a game like this builds character and shows that we can play with some of the best. Huge Huge win for the USA!!!!!

FINAL!!! 2-1 USA Sweet Sweet Revenge for the USA.

Are there still any Klinsmann haters out there? Two subs connect to possibly steal one for the US. Unbelievable!

86'-GOAAAAAAAAAALLL for the US through John Brooks from a pristine corner kick from Graham Zusi. How Jurgen Klinsmann looks like a genius. #supersub

82'- GOAL for Ghana through Ayew. It was a great goal from a nice combination play inside the box. Heartbreak for the Americans.

It will be interesting to see how the team fares in terms of exhaustion when they play in Manaus as it is alot hotter and more humid in the Amazon as it is in Natal.

Substitution: Graham Zusi comes on for Alejandro Bedoya

Update on Jozy Altidore: He will get scans in Sao Paulo in the morning to see how serious the damage to his hamstring is.

Substitution: One comes Michael Essien for Ghana.

For as much criticism as Jermaine Jones has gotten over the past couple of years, he has been the best player for the US today.

65'-A dipping shot from about 30 out is easily dealt with by Howard. That could have easily gone very badly as the ball wobbled dramatically before falling into the US keeper's hands.

64'- Another huge opportunity for Gyan as the ball is cut back across the penalty spot for him, only to have his shot deflected out for a corner.

63'- Jones with a shot from about 35 yards out is easily dealt with.

62'- Another shot from outside of the box from Ghana that was not far off. The US looks like they will continue to "Park the Bus" in front of goal as they can't seem to hold possession for more than a couple of seconds.

58'- What a save from Tim Howard as Gyan almost scores with his head from 10 yards out!

56'- Gyan should have done better with his header after a great ball from the left flank. The game has completely opened up in favor of Ghana. How will the US react?

55'- Muntari with a shot from about 25 out. The "Black Stars" keep coming closer.

Now Bedoya looks as though he's hurt himself. Meanwhile Michael Bradley doesn't look like he's as the top of his game, cheaply giving away possession

Good news out of the US camp, Beasler only has tightness in the hamstring and was taken out as a precaution.

It is a big hit to the US team as Beasler was by far the best defender on the pitch in the first half.

John Brooks comes on for Matt Beasler to start the half. Will keep you updated on Beasler's apparent injury.

Landon Donovan doing commentary for ESPN at halftime, take a look at this great commercial he shot:

HALFTIME: Well Clint Demspey scored the 6th fastest goal in World Cup history, but the US looked very unconvincing the rest of the way. Ghana continues to attack the US from the right side, and for haven't seen any of their chances come to fruition. The US will have to figure out how to handle Jordan Ayew as he has given Demarcus Beasley numerous problems. Stay tuned for the second half as it is sure to be just as exciting as the first.

45'- Huge chance for the US as Bedoya has a free kick near his own corner. Not the best service though as Kwarasey easily punches it out for a corner.

41'- The US squanders a good chance on the counter. They have been few and far between for the boys in red so far.

Oh no, Matt Beasler looks to have hurt his hamstring as well. He keeps playing but we will keep an eye on that.

The US just cannot seem to hold possession. Ghana keeps knocking on the door.

If there is any good news that can be said about Jozy Altidore, it's that he has only strained his hamstring. Further updates will be given when the information is made available.

31'- Gyan almsot brings Ghana level if it were not for a good save from Tim Howard.

It is absolutely vital that the US win the 50-50 balls in the midfield as Ghana continues to look dangerous in the attacking third.

20'- it looks as though Jozy Altidore has injured his hamstring. A big big hit to the US. It is a sad sight as it looks like Jozy's World Cup could be over.

Ghana is slowly coming into this game more and more. Howard coming off of his line quickly prevented what could have been a dangerous attack for the "Black Stars."

Through 10' minutes it looked as though Ghana will continue to attack the US from the right side with Jordan Ayew. Demarcus Beasley will surely have his hands full.

The US look very comfortable in possession to start the game. A good sign for US soccer fans.

6': A freekick from Ghana turns into nothing as US give away a cheap freekick
