You have to admit it, Sheldon and Amy are the funniest couple on the "Big Bang Theory." What started out in season three as a relationship of the mind has developed into Amy wanting more and Sheldon wanting less. Amy is looking to have an intimate and physical relationship with Sheldon, while her praying mantis shaped boyfriend is just looking for someone to tend to his every need. In tonight's episode Amy is given the opportunity to consult on an experiment being conducted at the university where Sheldon works.
At first Sheldon is completely fine with Amy working at his university and Amy is pleased with the prospect of spending more time with Sheldon. In a clip from tonight's episode Amy hesitantly asks Sheldon if he would mind her working close to him for the next few months. Sheldon says he is fine with it and says carpooling with Amy will be fun as it has become "tedious" to do so with Leonard. You can imagine Leonard will be thrilled at the fact he will not have to drive his persnickety roommate to work and back.
Other goings on in "The Workplace Proximity" include a major fight between Howard and Bernadette that will result in Howard being thrown out. Always there for his buddy Raj allows Howard to bunk with him until Bernadette forgives her husband. The official summary from CBS for tonight's "Big Bang Theory" reads: "Sheldon must decide how much "Amy time" is too much after she takes a job at his university. Meanwhile Howard finds himself sleeping on Raj's couch after a fight with Bernadette." Do you think Howard and Bernadette will work things out?
