An all-new "Once Upon A Time" will air tonight on ABC at 9pm ET. The search to find Henry has brought with it surprise after surprise and a few new allies. Let's recap what happened last week before we move on to tonight's episode titled "Nasty Habits." Last week Emma, Snow White, Hook, Regina and Charming found themselves in need of a fairy. Since they are in Neverland looking for Peter Pan there could be only one fairy able to help them, Tinkerbelle.
Tink was less than willing to help because as it turns out she has a complicated history with Regina. When Regina was married to Snow White's father Tinkerbelle tried to help the queen find her true love and live happily ever after. Tinkerbelle leads Regina to a tavern where a man with a lion tattoo is seated. Tink tells Regina that her magic led her to this man and that he was her soul mate. Tink tells Regina to go inside and leaves her.
Regina was too afraid to meet the man with the lion tattoo and flees the tavern. Regina goes on to become the evil queen and Tinkerbelle ends up having her wings clipped as a result of trying to help Regina. Meanwhile back in the Enchanted Forest of today, Neal has teamed up with Mulan and Robin Hood. Neal asks Robin to use his son as bait for the shadow in order for Neal to grab hold and get to Neverland so he can find Emma.
Robin reluctantly agrees and the plan goes off without a hitch. Neal is off to Neverland and Robin invites Mulan to join his band of merry men. After Mulan has her heart broken she decides to join up with Robin. Back in Neverland Charming and Hook chat about the fact that Charming has been poisoned. Hoping Tinkerbelle's magic would be able to help him Charming is devastated when he learns that Tink is without power. Oh yea by the way, Robin Hood is the man with the lion tattoo. All of this leads us to tonight's episode.
Neal finds his way to Neverland and reunites with his father. Everyone believes Neal is dead so you can imagine that Rumple will be in for a huge shock when he sees his son. Emma still has no idea that Neal is alive and is growing closer to the charming and not to mention sexy Captain Hook. In fact a love story between the pair is not too far off. The search to find Henry is still on and Emma must come to terms with something Peter Pan said to her.
In the episode titled "Lost Girl" Pan tells Emma that she must admit who she is in order to find Henry. It takes her a little while but Emma realizes that Pan wanted her to admit she is an orphan. Pan then tells Emma that Henry feels the same way and that by the time his family gets to him Henry will never want to leave Neverland. One might get the feeling that Emma and Regina will not accept that and fight to get Henry away from Pan.
Tonight viewers will start to see the budding romance between Hook and Emma start to blossom. In one scene from "Nasty Habits" we see Emma and Hook inside of a cave they realize Neal used to hide in when he was in Neverland as a boy. While they are rummaging through Neal's things Hook asks Emma if she found anything important. "I can't tell yet. I didn't know he like drawing," Emma said. "He got it from his mother," Hook tells Emma. Hook and Emma are searching for clues they hoped Neal left behind so that they can get out of Neverland when they find Henry.
