Nintendo has revealed a brand new bundle for the coming "Yo-Kai Watch" title. The bundle, which is exclusive to North America, includes a new 2DS console in red and a digital copy of "Yo-Kai Watch" pre-installed on the device. The bundle will retail for $99.99 when it hits store shelves on Nov. 6.
"Yo-Kai Watch" has proven to be a cultural phenomenon among young gamers in Japan, and Nintendo hopes to replicate that success by bringing Level-5's role playing title to the west. It's layout, style and turn-based fighting controls reminds us a lot of the Pokémon games. Not to mention battling and collection hundreds of rare and cute monsters.
The popularity of the "Yo-Kai Watch" game series has spawned two manga adaptations, an anime television series produced by OLM, Inc and an animated film which was released Dec. 2014, with a second currently in production and scheduled for release on Dec. 19, 2015.
